Woman’s surf mag CURL is back.
Business partners and surfing friends Donna Henderson and Delphine Ducaruge are re-launching our all time favorite surf magazine CURL.
Donna has over 15 years of surf industry sales experience and now owns and operates her own all girls surf school, Christchurch School of Surf.
Delphine is originally from France and was for several years the editor of Stance Kiteboarding Magazine. Now living in Christchurch Delphine is an IT specialist, has a Masters in Business and is a well known local photographer
Together these two promise not to disappoint readers with a new look CURL mag, capturing the essence of woman’s surfing in a glossy, slick new format.
“We would like CURL to cover all genres of Woman’s board riding. Sure the World Surfing League has an important role to play in Woman’s surfing however woman’s surf culture has developed beyond just short boarding. Girls these days are riding all types of sleds including SUP, longboards, logs and twinnies. We want CURL to represent and support all of the woman’s board sports via CURL Magazine, CURL online and our social media”
“Our goal for CURL mag is to publish quarterly with inspiring surf travel articles, informative and relevant product reviews, stories on our favorite pros and non pros and interesting stuff to pick up and ready anytime. We want our magazine to be like your best friend… always there for you, with fun, beautiful, inspiring photographs and stories of woman getting out there and living the dream.”
